Construction Superintendent

Locally-owned and operated construction company in search of an experienced superintendent to join our team

• someone who is passionate about building and can oversee residential building projects from start to finish. The superintendent will be tasked with:
• ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
• managing and coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and project requirements
• maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders.
• maintaining accurate and up-to-date reports of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and documentation of any changes or deviations from the project plan.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successfully leading and coordinating construction projects

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Available Monday - Friday
• Jobs are primarily in west Maui
