Construction Superintendent

John Hyland Construction is seeking a quality dependable Superintendent for a full-time position. Must have experience in Commercial Construction with 5 years’ minimum experience with projects over $5M. Our company works on many different types of projects within Oregon ranging from Higher Education, K-12 Schools, High Rise Apartment Buildings, Student Housing, Medical, Industrial, Office, and many more types. • Be effective at scheduling and multitasking.
• Provide ongoing quality control and quality assurance for all construction activities.
• Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
• Working collaboratively with clients, building consultants, architects, subcontractors, to provide the highest quality construction project for the customer.
