Construction Superintendent

We are a 46 year old general contracting firm based in the KC metro area, and we are starting a large Travel Plaza in Mound City, Mo.. It's a 17 acre, ground up new construction project with two building structures. We need a proven, superintendent, that has great organizational, scheduling, quality control, and technical skills. The individual must be reliable, have a high energy level, be professional, have good problem solving skills, and have good communications skills. You be able to plan ahead and bring the projects in on time. Some infrequent overtime may be required to expedite the delivery. We have assembled an "A" team of highly qualified subcontractors and suppliers, so the project will run smoothly will good planning. You must have at least ten years of experience running projects over $5 million in size.
