Construction Superintendent – Restaurant / Commercial TI - $50-$65/hr

Construction management company specializing in restaurant and hospitality projects is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent for a restaurant tenant improvement project at Pier 31 in San Francisco.

We are looking for someone who can independently manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors and trades, monitor the schedule, identify field conflicts, coordinate inspections, and communicate effectively with the Project Manager.
Responsibilities include:

Manage daily jobsite activities and subcontractors

Coordinate trade sequencing and scheduling
Review architectural and MEP drawings
Identify and resolve field conflicts
Coordinate inspections
Monitor quality, safety and jobsite cleanliness
Maintain daily reports and communicate progress with the Project Manager

Qualifications:

3+ years of commercial construction field supervision experience preferred
Restaurant, hospitality, retail or commercial TI experience strongly preferred
Good understanding of MEP coordination
Able to read architectural and MEP drawings
Strong communication and organizational skills
San Francisco construction/inspection experience is a plus

Experienced Assistant Superintendents with strong field coordination experience are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $50–$65/hour depending on experience.

Project is expected to run approximately 5–6 months, with the possibility of additional work on future projects.
