Construction Superintendent – Stoneridge Decks and Outdoor Living

Stoneridge Decks and Outdoor Living is a regional outdoor living company and the largest Four Seasons Sunroom dealer in the US. We build sunrooms, screen rooms, patio covers, decks, and more. We're looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to take the lead once a project is ready to build. You'll receive a complete packet — drawings, permits, materials, and approvals all in hand — and own everything from that point forward, making sure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to our quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Taking ownership of projects at the construction handoff and reviewing all drawings, permits, and documentation
• Serving as the customer's primary point of contact throughout the construction phase
• Managing day-to-day field operations across multiple active job sites
• Coordinating crews and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule
• Ensuring all materials and supplies are on site when needed
• Enforcing quality control standards at every stage of construction
• Maintaining accurate daily logs, photos, and status updates in project management software
• Ensuring adherence to all health, safety, and building code requirements
• Attending weekly meetings and keeping clear communication with the office and PM team

What We're Looking For:

• Working knowledge of residential construction (required) — experience with decks, sunrooms, screen rooms, or similar outdoor structures a strong plus
• Experience managing crews and/or subcontractors in a field leadership role
• Strong customer service skills — you are the face of Stoneridge during construction
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and permits
• Organized and able to manage multiple active projects at once
• Proficient in MS Office
• Valid driver's license (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 per year depending on experience
