Construction Superintendent – Tenant Improvement Project (Riverside, C

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for a tenant improvement project located in Riverside, CA. This is a full-time, on-site position for a 5 month project, working Monday through Friday. Starting in the next two weeks.

Project Scope:

This is a complex TI project including:

Core and shell build-out (H4-rated space)

Hazmat room with containment curb
Parts wash area with new clarifier system
Heavy electrical scope for new warehouse equipment installation
Coordination of multiple trades in an active construction environment

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily on-site construction activities from start to completion
Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and project schedule
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to plans/specs
Maintain quality control and site safety compliance
Work closely with project management and field teams
Track progress and resolve field issues in real time

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent (TI / industrial preferred)
Experience with warehouse, industrial, or hazardous-rated spaces is a strong plus
Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-moving schedules
Strong understanding of construction drawings and site logistics
OSHA knowledge and strong safety leadership
Reliable, organized, and proactive

Project Duration: 4–5 months

Schedule: Monday–Friday (full-time)
Location: Riverside, CA
