Construction Supervisor – High-End Design Build Company

Epic Design Build – an award-winning company with 24 years in business – is looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team.
We specialize in high-end residential remodeling, custom homes, and specialized commercial projects.

About the Job:

We’re looking for a jack-of-all-trades who can both MANAGE AND BUILD
You’ll oversee all aspects of construction, coordinate with our design team, and step in on the tools when needed. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, teamwork, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Supervise all phases of construction projects

Work directly with our design team for smooth design–build collaboration

Manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and materials

Perform hands-on construction work as needed

Handle estimating and project cost tracking

Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Read and interpret construction plans

Maintain site safety and quality standards

Requirements
10+ years of construction experience (residential or commercial)

Strong knowledge of remodeling and custom home building

Estimation experience required

Expert at reading plans and managing details

MUST HAVE YPUR OWN TRUCK AND MAJORITY OF TOOLS

Professional, client-friendly attitude

Team player who enjoys collaborating with designers
