Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and commercial construction, repair, and maintenance work.
• Complete projects safely, efficiently, and with high-quality workmanship.
• Operate tools and equipment properly and safely.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction, carpentry, repairs, remodeling, or related trades.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have a clean driving record and be insurable.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
