Construction Trainees

AWR of VA Inc. is looking for construction trainees. We are a full service exterior building waterproofing, restoration and reconstruction company looking to add new staff to support some of our current and future projects. Work is throughout Virginia Beach and all of the Hampton Roads area.

Looking for dependable, intelligent individuals that are looking to learn new trades and skills including concrete restoration, above and below grade waterproofing, exterior caulking, joint sealants, EIFS / Stucco, masonry restoration & other skills. We pay our people well and we are a company that cares about our employees.

Must be able to get to and from various jobsites, have a valid ID. Must also be willing to learn to work from scaffolding and / or suspended scaffolding as many of our jobs are high rise and large commercial buildings.
