Construction worker/handyman
Description
Construction worker needed full-time. Must have a valid driver's license, speak English, have own vehicle and tools. Starting rate is $30 depening on experience. Vehicle and tools may be provided for the right person.
Typical duties are:
Minor electrical repairs
Minor plumbing/leak tracing
Basic masonary (parge walls, sidewalk block repair/replace)
Carpentry (minor framing, window/door installation, etc)
Drywall repairs
We do property maintenance in occupied homes, we also do GC work for investors and asset/property management companies (rehabs, turns).
Fast growing business with established customer base. Full-time stable work for the right person on payroll.
