Construction Worker to Join Crew to Build Custom Cat Enclosures

We build premium custom cat enclosures ("catios") for clients across Southern California, and we're hiring skilled, dependable construction workers.

Projects run 3–15 days and involve:

• Light framing (mostly 2x4 and 4x4)
• Light carpentry
• Paint prep and painting
• Roofing (polycarbonate and asphalt shingles)
• Basic concrete work
• Installing wire mesh and screen material

We provide all materials, and the crew you join will train you on our methods.

We care about attitude as much as skill. The goal is a drama-free crew that takes pride in precise, clean work. We're building in clients' backyards, so customer service matters — starting with leaving every worksite spotless at the end of the day.

REQUIREMENTS

• Positive attitude, follows directions, works well on a team
• Reliable and punctual
• Professional conduct in clients' homes
• Reliable transportation
• Own basic tools; proficient with circular saw, miter saw, air compressor, etc. (some tools provided)
• Willing to travel throughout Southern California for up to a week at a time
• LEGAL ELIGIBILITY TO WORK IN THE US

WHERE WE WORK
Most jobs are in Los Angeles and Orange County. We also work in Long Beach, Ventura County, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, and San Diego. Travel jobs pay extra and include lodging in an Airbnb.
