NOW HIRING: SKILLED CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – UP TO $25/HOUR

The Spot at Johnson Creek – Johnson Creek, Wisconsin

The Spot at Johnson Creek is a growing, up-and-coming business looking for an experienced Construction & Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position will involve construction, remodeling, repairs, and ongoing maintenance throughout our growing property and facilities.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable, skilled in multiple areas, and capable of handling a variety of construction and maintenance projects.

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

Position: Construction & Maintenance Technician

Pay: Up to $25/hour after successful completion of the introductory period
Pay Schedule: Paid weekly
Employment: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Overtime: Possible overtime based on workload
Location: The Spot at Johnson Creek, Johnson Creek, WI
PTO: 1 week of paid time off after successfully completing 90 days of employment
EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Applicants must have construction or maintenance experience, preferably in one or more of the following areas:

Drywall installation and finishing

Tile installation
Flooring installation
Electrical work
Plumbing
General maintenance and repairs
General construction and remodeling
You do not need to be an expert in every trade. We are looking for people who have a solid construction or maintenance background, know how to work with their hands, are willing to learn additional skills, and can work effectively as part of a team.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must be able to occasionally lift 50–75 lbs and perform the physical duties typically associated with construction, remodeling, and maintenance work.
