Busy contractor seeking full or part-time help in the following areas:
NEW CONSTRUCTION: Additions, decks, office buildouts, garages, sheds, etc.
REMODELING: kitchens, bathrooms, basements, interior/exterior.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: apartment turnovers and repairs, complete renovations, house flips.
Knowledge of rough/finish carpentry, flooring, drywall hang/finish, some electrical and plumbing are a plus. You don't need to be a MASTER of all of these trades. Work is mostly located in Harford County, Baltimore County and Baltimore City.
Willing to discuss subcontracting-out some work.
Must have a truck or van and basic tools so that you can work independently as directed. Unskilled, general labor with transportation also encouraged to apply. Pay will be based upon experience. Prefer to pay as 1099 independent contractor.
