Contents Restoration Project Manager / Field Supervisor – $55K–$75K + Company Vehicle
Compensation: $55,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience

Established Los Angeles-area insurance restoration company specializing in contents and personal property restoration is looking for a dependable, organized Project Manager / Field Supervisor to join our team.
Previous contents restoration experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person with relevant supervisory or project management experience.
This is a hands-on management position for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and keeping multiple projects organized and moving forward.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage contents restoration projects from initial pack-out through cleaning, storage and final pack-back
• Meet and communicate with homeowners and customers throughout the restoration process
• Supervise and direct field crews at residential and commercial job sites
• Coordinate scheduling, manpower and project requirements
• Perform and oversee detailed contents inventories and total-loss inventories
• Monitor jobs for quality, efficiency and timely completion
• Coordinate with outside vendors and subcontractors
• Maintain project documentation, photographs and records
• Communicate with customers, insurance representatives and company management
• Resolve field issues and keep projects moving forward

EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
Experience in any of the following may be a good fit:

• Contents or personal property restoration
• Fire and water damage restoration
• Construction supervision
• Moving and storage
• Water mitigation
• Warehouse or logistics supervision
• Field service management
• Project management

Xactimate experience, IICRC certification and bilingual English/Spanish are all pluses, but are not required.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license and good driving record and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Because this is a hands-on field management position, occasional lifting of approximately 25–50 pounds and extended periods of walking or standing may be required.
