Contract Superintend Wanted

We are a construction company working with some large insurance companies completing some restoration claims. We are looking for a contract superintend that will stop by our job sites daily (morning or afternoon) to monitor the status of the project to ensure we are meeting the schedule, and maintaining quality standards. The superintend would arrive at the site, take daily pictures, update the schedule, and a brief daily report. This individual may interface with the owner to give them updates when they are onsite. This is a contract position. So, the superintend would be an independent contractor.

This position will be on an as needed basis. Once the project is complete, they would walk the project with the owner to make sure they are satisfied with the project, and all punch items have been completed. The contract superintend can select 1 or more jobs depending on his availability. We ask if a candidate accepts an assignment, they work on the project until it is completed.
Our projects are small residential jobs, so the superintendent should spend less than an hour on-site each day. The superintend would get paid $100 for each site visit, paid weekly: To apply for this potion, the candidate must:

1) Have 10-15 years of construction experience and at least 5 years as a superintend
2) Reliable transportation
3) Smart phone to access the internet, take pictures and have video calls
4) Available for quick questions throughout the days, only if something needs to be addressed that day.
