Contractor License Holder – Business Partnership Opportunity

Seeking Licensed Contractor for Business Partnership – California (C-39 / B / C-10)

I’m looking to partner with a California-licensed contractor who holds an active C-39 Roofing, B General Building, or C-10 Electrical license, but is currently not utilizing their license or actively operating their business.

The goal is to establish a mutually beneficial partnership where I can bring business development, operational resources, and growth opportunities to help build and scale their existing company.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who has maintained their license in good standing but hasn't had the time, resources, or interest to fully develop their business and is open to exploring a strategic partnership.

Open to discussing different partnership structures and compensation arrangements.
