HANDYMAN WANTED – PAINTING, FLOORING & GENERAL HOME REPAIRS

Local real estate professional and property investor is looking for a dependable, experienced handyman for ongoing residential projects throughout Downers Grove and the surrounding western suburbs.

Typical work may include:

Interior and exterior painting

Drywall patching and minor repairs
Laminate, vinyl plank and hardwood flooring installation
Trim, baseboard and door installation
Minor plumbing repairs
Minor electrical work, such as replacing fixtures, switches and outlets
General property repairs and maintenance
Preparing homes for sale or rent

The ideal candidate is reliable, communicates well and takes pride in producing clean, professional work. You must have your own tools and dependable transportation. Experience working in occupied homes, rental properties and homes being prepared for sale is preferred. Appropriate licensing and insurance are required for any work for which they are legally necessary.

This could become steady, ongoing work for the right person. Individual tradespeople and small handyman companies are welcome to apply.
