Core Responsibilities

• Expertly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex residential plumbing systems (e.g., drain cleaning, re-piping, sewer, and water heaters).
• Perform residential installations and appliance hookups, ensuring compliance with UPC and local codes.
• Serve as a trusted consultant: Offer ethical, honest recommendations for system upgrades and earn commission on service sales.

Required Qualifications

• Licensing (Required): Current WA State Journeyman Plumber License, OR 2nd/3rd Year Plumber Apprentice.
• Experience (Preferred): Minimum 3 years of hands-on, verifiable residential plumbing service experience.
• Driving: Valid WA State Driver’s License with a clean record.
