CONVERTIBLE TOP INSTALLER / AUTO UPHOLSTERER

Convertibles Only is located in Seattle. For the past 35 years we have been the only NW auto upholstery shop that exclusively specializes in convertible top and interior replacements. We service clientele with vintage, modern, and special interest cars. We do convertible top replacements, full interior restorations, as well as custom interiors. We are in need of a convertible top installer / auto upholsterer. We are looking for someone with experience, has a strong mechanical aptitude, and passion for a career in this field.

This is a full time position that comes with medical benefits, paid vacation after 1 year, and retirement plan. Pay is depending on experience.

Work hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, paid bi-weekly.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Training / education in auto upholstery
Experience in the trim industry (or a strong mechanical aptitude- AKA: a MacGyver!)
Mechanically oriented
Detail oriented
Punctual
Good communication skills
Self-motivated
Must have basic mechanic tools
Career oriented
Clean driving record and license
