Copier / Printer Field Service Technician

Business Complete Solutions (BCS) is looking for an experienced Copier/Printer Field Service Technician to join our growing team serving customers throughout San Diego County.

If you have experience repairing copiers, multifunction printers, or laser printers, we'd like to talk with you. Experience with any major manufacturer is welcome.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair multifunction copiers and printers
Perform preventative maintenance and equipment installations
Troubleshoot print quality, paper handling, and hardware issues
Configure network printing, scanning, and connectivity or willingness to learn.
Complete service calls efficiently while providing excellent customer service
Maintain accurate service records using our mobile dispatch system
Qualifications
2-5 years of copier/printer field service experience preferred
Experience with Konica Minolta, Toshiba, Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, Sharp, HP, Lexmark, Brother, or other major brands
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, printing, scan-to-email, scan-to-folder) or willingness to learn
Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
About the Position

Business Complete Solutions is a Konica Minolta and Toshiba dealership. Previous experience with these brands is a plus but not required. If you're an experienced copier technician with another manufacturer, we're willing to train the right candidate on our equipment.
