Install Helper – Countertop Installation

Foothills Granite is hiring an Install Helper to join our countertop installation team.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, coachable, and comfortable with physical work. Experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.

What You'll Do:
-- Assist lead installer with granite, quartz, and other countertop installations
-- Load, unload, carry, and safely handle countertop pieces
-- Prepare job sites for installation by cleaning work areas, protecting surrounding surfaces, and staging materials and equipment.
-- Help remove existing countertops and prepare cabinets for the new installation
-- Use basic hand and power tools
-- Help with seams, sinks, backsplashes, and installation prep
-- Maintain and organize installation tools, equipment, install trailer and vehicle
-- Take jobsite photos and use installer software to update job status
-- Follow safety procedures and directions from the lead installer

Must Haves:
-- On time and dependable
-- Able to stand for extended periods and safely perform physically demanding and repetitive work, including lifting and carrying heavy countertop materials as part of a team
-- Able to lift >100 lbs
-- Comfortable using hand and power tools and able to accurately read a tape measure
-- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work
-- Willing to learn and take direction
-- At least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-- Able to successfully complete a background check
-- Previous experience in construction, remodeling, tile, masonry, carpentry, countertops, or a similar trade is preferred

Schedule:

Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–4:30 PM (with flexibility to stay later if installs run late)
