Now Hiring: Experienced Installers who take pride in quality craftsmanship

Responsibilities:

• Install custom slab countertops on both commercial and residential job sites with skill and precision.
• Read and interpret drawings, take accurate measurements, and perform detailed field cuts that meet project specifications.
• Lead an on-site installation team, ensuring deadlines are met and safety protocols are followed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, building superintendents, install crews, and project managers to ensure quality results.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years installation experience.
• Strong and effective communication skills.
• Basic mathematical and measurement skills (using a tape measure).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
• Proficient in stone finish work, installation, and using all hand and power tools used to install countertop materials.
• Dependable with strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and carry in excess of 75 lbs. on a consistent basis.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Team player, positive, enthusiastic and motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work in teams and independently, managing time effectively.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and out of town when needed.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
• OSHA Training 10 hour or 30-hour course preferred.

Salary and Benefits Package:

• DOE – Depending on Experience
• Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift
