📋 ESTIMATORS — Run incoming leads, measure jobs, build accurate quotes, and move projects from first call to final install. If you know countertops and remodeling, communicate well with clients, and can keep jobs moving, this is a serious income opportunity.

💵 Earn 30% to 35% commission on gross profit. On a typical $7,000 countertop job, that's $600–$1,000 in your pocket — per job. Run more jobs, make more. No cap.

🔨 INSTALL PROS / CONTRACTORS — Skilled, reliable trades for countertops, cabinets, tile, flooring, and full remodels. Solo pros and small crews welcome.

🔧 Piece work — paid per job/project. Steady volume, fair rates, fast pay.

We handle residential and commercial work across the Northwest Valley — Surprise, Peoria, Glendale, Sun City, and surrounding areas.

What we're looking for

• ✅ Experience in countertops, cabinets, tile, flooring, or remodeling
• ✅ Professional, dependable, and great with clients
• ✅ Own tools & transportation (installers)
• ✅ Licensed/insured a plus (not required for all roles)
