Full-time | $30–$37.5 per hour, based on experience

United Cape Cod Cranberry Inc is Growing !!! We are seeking a hands-on foreman to help manage and grow cranberry bogs. This position works closely with our operations supervisor and field team to keep daily farm work organized, equipment running, and seasonal tasks on schedule.

Responsibilities

Lead and work alongside field crews on day-to-day bog operations.
Coordinate irrigation, frost protection, fertilization, pest management, maintenance, and harvest activities.
Operate and oversee farm equipment, pumps, and irrigation systems.
Monitor bog conditions, identify problems, and communicate priorities to management.
Track completed work, equipment needs, and other basic operational records.
Help coordinate crews, equipment, and trucking during harvest.

Qualifications

Experience supervising agricultural, landscaping, construction, or equipment crews.
Strong equipment operation and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to plan work, lead a crew, and respond to changing field conditions.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Cranberry growing experience and a Massachusetts pesticide applicator license are preferred.

This is an active field position with longer hours at key points in the growing season, especially during frost protection and harvest.

Compensation: $30–$37.5 per hour, based on experience, with two weeks of vacation and eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
