The Position
We are looking to hire a Crew Lead with strong carpentry skills who can help run projects and maintain the high standards our clients expect. This role requires solid carpentry experience and the ability to produce clean, high-end work. Experience building fences or decks is strongly preferred.
The Right Person Will Be:
- Skilled in carpentry and capable of producing high-quality work
- Intelligent, quick-thinking, and professional with clients
- Productive and dependable
- Comfortable communicating and coordinating with homeowners
- Fluent in English
- Able to lead a crew while maintaining productivity and quality
- Interested in learning and continuously improving their craft
- Able to manage simple communication and project processes
