Crew Leader / Driver

American Erosion Control is looking for a reliable and experienced Crew Leader to join our team of experienced professionals in a full-time role with the opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to a supportive, dynamic work environment.
$500.00 sign on Bonus after 120 days of employment.

✅ Requirements:

Will Train (references and background check required)

MUST have valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record and all legal documentation

MUST speak English or Bi-lingual

Experience driving truck & trailers

Reliable transportation

Ability to work in all weather conditions

Strong leadership & amp; communication skills

Positive, team-oriented attitude

🛠️ Responsibilities:

Lead a crew of 3 to 5 team members - working along side your team

Communicate with field and construction managers throughout the day

Assist crew with daily tasks and site work

Maintain a professional attitude and attention to detail

⏰ Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 6:15 AM – 3:00 PM

40 hours a week
