“EXPERIENCED” leader that has traits such as: communication, organizational skills, cooperation, work ethic, teamwork, attention to detail, understands process, use of iPhone calendar for scheduling, notes, and other misc apps to communicate throughout company and all its officers.
Foreman position
* must be able to effectively and efficiently operate, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, blower, edger, z-turn mowers, round up, irrigation, manage a crew effectively. THIS IS NOT A "FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT" POSITION
Responsibility for all things involving communication with office effectively, Ensuring jobs are completed properly under company guidelines and efficiently, maintaining the vision of the company at all times.
