We are looking for an experienced Crew Leader / Supervisor with a strong background in heavy equipment.

Requirements:

🔶Experience as a heavy equipment operator, mechanic, technician, or similar.
🔶Experience supervising and managing employees/crews.
🔶Strong leadership and communication skills.
🔶Bilingual: English & Spanish required.
🔶Reliable, responsible, and safety-minded.
🔶Able to work in the field and manage daily crew operations.
