Custom Cabinet Bench Carpenter and/or Installer

We are seeking a skilled Custom Cabinet Bench Carpenter & Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing high-quality custom cabinetry and millwork while delivering exceptional craftsmanship during installation. These positions require attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Responsibilities

Build custom cabinets, vanities, built-ins, and architectural millwork from shop drawings.
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret shop drawings and cut lists.
Assemble, sand, and prepare cabinetry for finishing.
Install custom cabinetry, trim, and millwork at residential and commercial job sites.
Ensure installations are level, plumb, and completed to the highest quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Communicate professionally with team members and customers.

Qualifications

Experience in custom cabinet manufacturing and installation preferred, but we are willing to train.
Experience with woodworking equipment, including table saws, jointers, planers, edge banders, and CNC equipment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
Positive attitude, dependable, and self-motivated.
