Custom Cabinet Shop CNC Operator

We are currently looking for a skilled, detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our production team.

The CNC Operator will work primarily with routers in a custom manufacturing environment, ensuring precise machine setup, program loading, and production monitoring. This role requires consistent focus on quality inspections, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adherence to safety standards to optimize manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

Set up CNC routers accurately for custom manufacturing tasks
Load and verify CNC programs prior to production runs
Perform regular quality inspections to maintain product standards
Conduct routine maintenance to ensure machine reliability
Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
Monitor production processes and adjust as needed to meet targets
Troubleshoot machine or program issues promptly
Handle materials efficiently in coordination with production needs

Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience operating CNC machines
