Custom Cabinet Shop Door Maker / Fine Woodworker

We are currently looking for a skilled, detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our production team.

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Custom Cabinet Door Maker to join our team. In this specialized role, you will be solely responsible for fabricating premium cabinet doors and drawer fronts from raw lumber to the final bench assembly stage. You must possess deep technical knowledge of grain matching, stable wood joinery, and complex door styles. Working primarily with wood and standard woodworking tools such as shapers and routers, you will contribute to small team projects, performing tasks under periodic supervision to ensure high-quality joinery and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate wood materials for each project
• Measure, cut, shape, and sand wood components accurately
• Perform precise joinery to assemble cabinet doors and fine woodwork
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet standards
• Maintain and care for woodworking tools and equipment
• Work under periodic supervision to achieve project goals

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in woodworking
