Custom Cabinet Shop Door Maker / Fine Woodworker

We are a premier, high-end custom cabinet shop in the Phoenix metro area. We specialize in luxury residential cabinetry.

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Custom Cabinet Door Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating premium cabinet doors and drawer fronts from raw lumber to the final bench assembly stage. Working primarily with wood and standard woodworking tools such as shapers and routers.

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate wood materials for each project
• Measure, cut, shape, and sand wood components accurately
• Perform precise joinery to assemble cabinet doors and fine woodwork
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet standards
• Maintain and care for woodworking tools and equipment

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in woodworking
