Custom Cabinet/Furniture Craftsman

SAHA Design is a high end cabinet shop that specialized in custom face frame cabinetry and one off custom furniture pieces. We are not a factory style shop, we are a small team of 10 that prioritize work life balance and take pride in the products we produce. Because of the nature of custom cabinet and furniture work, we are looking for someone that can understand cabinet and furniture drawings, and execute all parts of the building process at a high level. Previous experience in cabinetry, furniture, millwork, or other similar woodworking experience is strongly preferred. Things that will make you successful in this role more than anything else are problem solving skills, attention to detail, willingness to work as a team, and a hard work ethic.

Depending on experience level responsibilities would include:

• Building plywood cabinet boxes
• Building Face Frames
• Milling rough lumber into flat square stock
• Glueing up table tops, legs, face frames, and other furniture and cabinet components
• Final assembly of cabinets and furniture
• Sanding both flat and rounded things
• Using routers, table saws, drills, sanders, chisels, and other various woodworking tools
• Occasionally being on site to help with installations

Hours are Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm
