Description
Elon’s Custom Furniture is seeking reliable subcontractors to support custom furniture projects on Oʻahu.
We are currently reviewing applicants for the following roles:
Cutter – Material cutting and breakdown
- Sander / Prep – Sanding and surface preparation
- Finisher – Paint, stain, and finish application
- Furniture Builder – Assemble custom furniture from provided plans and specifications
About the Work
This is project-based subcontract work, not an employee position.. Projects are assigned based on current orders, role fit, availability, and performance. There are no guaranteed weekly hours or fixed schedules.
Compensation is project-based and varies by role, project scope, and experience. Pay details are provided during the screening process.Selected applicants begin with a paid trial project before receiving additional assignments.
