Elon’s Custom Furniture builds custom furniture through clear systems, defined standards, and repeatable processes. This builder / craft partner role is intentionally structured to provide consistency and continuity through relocation and transition periods.
About the Work

This is a project-based subcontract role supporting custom furniture construction. The focus is on executing assigned work to standard, not running a business.

Builder candidates may be asked to complete initial trial projects in fabrication support roles before moving fully into builder responsibilities.

• Furniture Construction & Assembly
• Custom Furniture Builds
• Occasional fabrication support tasks as needed

Work is performed from provided designs, plans, systems, and quality standards. Projects move through defined checkpoints to ensure consistency and protect quality and schedule.

What This Is / Is Not

This is subcontract, project-based work.

This is not an employee role, ownership opportunity, or management position.
This is not an installer-only position. Builder responsibilities may include delivery and installation depending on the project.
There are no guaranteed hours or schedules. Growth opportunities are not guaranteed and require a separate agreement.
