We are a well-established custom home framer. Building some of the most spectacular homes in North Idaho.
Searching for a qualified person to fill our Entry & Mid level Framing positions. Willing to train.
Full time work. Compensation: $20 - $32
Entry Framer Job Duties/Qualifications -

• Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation. Most Jobs are 30-60 Min outside of CDA
• Punctuality. Show up on time every day ready to get the job done.
• You must be Safety minded, alert and perceptive to risks around you and others.
• You must be able to create and maintain an organized work environment.
• You must have a good attitude and the ability to work as a team, or on your own while remaining self-motivated.
• Willing to work in all weather conditions year-round.
• A great work ethic attention to detail and the desire to improve your skills.

1- Own tool bags with basic hand tools
2- Knowledge and skill with basic power tools. Skilsaw, Nail gun, ETC.
3- Able to read a tape measure and proficient in basic math
4- Able to lift 70LB.
5- Comfortable climbing ladders, walking walls & roofs.
6- Framing, sheeting walls, installing Simpson hardware, rolling trusses, sheeting roofs, building wrap, installing windows.

Full time work. Compensation: $28 - $40
Lead Framer Job Duties/Qualifications -

• Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation. Most Jobs are 30 - 60 Min outside of CDA

• You must be Safety minded, alert and perceptive to risks around you and others.
• You must be able to create and maintain an organized work environment.
• You must have a good attitude and the ability to work as a team, or on your own while remaining self-motivated.
• Willing to work in all weather conditions year-round.
• Have the ability to envision the whole picture of what you are building.
• A great work ethic attention to detail and the desire to improve your skills.

1- A solid understanding of the sequencing of framing tasks. From laying out the foundation to sheeting the roof.
2- Able to run a 3–5-man crew productively.
3- The ability to train your crew members and instilling in them the knowledge they need to complete their tasks.
4- Clear communication skills. Both verbal and visual.
5- Own tool bags with basic hand tools
6- Knowledge and Master Skills with all power tools. Skilsaw, Nail gun, ETC.
7- Proficient in reading structural & architectural plans.
8- Able to lift 70LB.
9- Comfortable climbing ladders, walking walls & roofs.
10- Knowledge and skill in operating Tele-Handler & Rigging
11- Knowledge in timber framing and structural steel erection.
12- Framing, sheeting walls, installing Simpson hardware, rolling trusses, sheeting roofs, building wrap, installing windows.
