Key Responsibilities
*Fabrication: Build custom trade show booths, pop-up stores, retail activations, and luxury displays.
*Blueprint Reading: Interpret detailed shop drawings and develop practical solutions for effective building.
*Machinery Operation: Safely and expertly operate all standard shop woodworking machinery and hand tools.
*Installation: Deliver and install custom builds flawlessly on-site.
*Teamwork & Quality: Work independently or collaboratively while maintaining elite craftsmanship and sharp attention to detail.
*Travel: Take on occasional travel for out-of-town project installations.

Required Qualifications
*Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on custom carpentry or millworking experience.
*Safety: Deep knowledge of trade safety standards and safe woodworking machinery operation.
*Logistics: Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the US.
*Language: Professional proficiency in English.
*Attributes: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a solution-oriented "can-do" attitude.

Preferred Qualifications
*Bilingual: Ability to speak Spanish is a major asset.
