Location: Centennial, CO
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

We are looking for a motivated Fabricator / MIG Welder to join our team. We specialize in the fabrication of high-quality, custom steel/iron railings, gates, and more. This position is ideal for someone ranging from entry-level with welding experience to an experienced fabricator looking for a long-term career opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble custom steel railings and related metalwork
- MIG weld steel components to company quality standards
- Read and interpret CAD drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication details
- Accurately read and use a tape measure
- Cut, fit, grind, and prepare steel materials for fabrication
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines
- Follow all shop safety procedures and guidelines
- Entry-level to experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
- MIG welding experience preferred
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Ability to read and interpret CAD or fabrication drawings
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
