Whether you're an automotive technician, service advisor, parts specialist, warranty administrator, fleet maintenance professional, or someone with strong customer service experience and an interest in the automotive industry, we'd love to talk with you. If you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll teach you the transmission side of the business.
What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with transmission, transfer case, and differential applications.
• Help troubleshoot customer concerns and provide technical guidance.
• Work closely with our sales, production, and warranty departments to ensure customers receive accurate information and outstanding service.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering timely, professional support.
• Learn our products and become a trusted resource for our customers.

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Automotive experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience as a technician, service advisor, parts specialist, warranty administrator, fleet maintenance coordinator, or similar role is a plus.
• Ability to listen, ask the right questions, and solve problems.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills.
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive repair experience
• Service writing or advising experience
• Parts department experience
• Warranty administration experience
• ASE Certification (preferred but not required)
• Automotive technical school or equivalent experience
