We are a local automotive repair shop looking for a team member to join our front office staff.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills – we go above and beyond to serve our customers!
Ability to type 60 wpm with high accuracy.
Ability to type 10-key.
Ability to pass a drug test.
Excellent communication skills.
Critical thinking skills – we are constantly problem solving!
Ability to multi-task and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and organize your workflow.
Detail Oriented
Be able to remember and keep track of a lot of information - good short term memory

Job Duties
Keep track of the workflow throughout the shop and timelines - facilitate meeting our customers expectations and timelines to the best of our abilities and see that the work gets through the shop in the most efficient manner.
Resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a professional way.
Handle answering multi-line phones, and also texts and emails.
Greet customers, type detailed notes about their car as they speak about what they are experiencing.
Check in cars, photographing for damage, collecting information and entering it into the computer.
Maintain communication with customers as their cars go through the repair process via phone, text and email.
Type technician notes into repair orders.
Order parts – price check between vendors, call for parts, search online
Qualifications:
Valid drivers license
Able to drive automatic or manual transmission cars (be willing to learn stick shift if not currently able)
