Da Handy Guys - Lead Tech Remodeler and Helper

We are looking for a skilled, versatile, and highly motivated Lead Tech to join our team, we need a seasoned pro who can walk onto a job site, assess the situation, and get to work with minimal supervision. You'll handle a variety of residential and light commercial repairs, from basic plumbing and electrical, to carpentry, and general "fix it" tasks.
We generally do kitchen and bathrooms and basements
we are also looking for a mid-level entry tech to learn behind the master craftsman, if you have the hunger, come on in! we will teach every step of the way must at least know how to read a tape measure or learn before first week finishes.

Key Requirements:
-Professional Toolset: You must own and maintain a full suite of professional-grade hand and power tools necessary to complete common repairs.
-Reliable Transportation: You must have a reliable truck or SUV capable of hauling materials and your equipment to various job sites daily.
-Self-Sufficiency: You are problem solver. You can read a work order, communicate with the client, and execute the job correctly the first time without needing a supervisor on-site.
-Broad Skill Set: Proficiency in at least three of the following; carpentry, drywall/painting, basic plumbing, basic electrical, and flooring.
-Clean Professionalism: You represent our business. This means showing up on time, maintaining a clean workspace, and possessing excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
-Perform high-quality repairs and installations across multiple trades.
-Evaluate project needs and provide accurate material lists.
-Communicate clearly with clients regarding timelines and expectations.
-Document completed work (photos and notes) via our mobile app/reporting system.
-Maintain a safe and organized job site at all times.
