Daily Construction Site Check, Scottsdale — Trades Experience Required

Remote homeowner needs someone with real prior residential remodel experience to check in daily (about 1 hour on site) during a Scottsdale home retrofit (windows, doors, mini splits, insulation, garage rough in, no structural work). You'll flag problems (like shortcuts, sloppy workmanship, material substitutions, etc.) directly with the crew or foreman on the spot, then send a same day written report with photos covering what was done, what you caught, and what needs follow up.

This is not a drive by or a few photos with a generic summary. We need someone who knows what "the right way" is, looks closely for it, and writes a real report daily. We do NOT need someone who feeds photos into ChatGPT (or similar) and sends us AI BS.

You may be trusted with property interior access (lockbox code) and are our "eyes & ears" on the ground so a full background check is mandatory. Daily, part time (~1 hr/day onsite + a little more time to generate, e-mail, and upload the report). Pay weekly, negotiable based on experience.

• Send 2-3 sample daily reports, including photos, so we can see what you've caught previously and how you write it up
• Provide 2-3 references who we can speak to about these daily reports
• Disclose any current relationship with any construction vendor, contractor, or tradesperson you have a relationship with (conflicts of interest)

No license required. This is oversight and reporting, not contracting authority — you find/flag issues and we decide how to handle them. You do not hire, fire, or schedule any sub/contractors.
