Data Center Installer

We are hiring reliable, hardworking individuals for a fast‑paced project at a Microsoft data center (DSM 09). This project involves building Hot Aisle Containment systems and assisting with material handling and rack movements. We are on a tight timeline and need team members who can catch on quickly and show up ready to work every day.

Schedule & Shifts

24-hour operations
Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Night Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
Rotation:
Work 3 days on / 3 days off
Teams will “leapfrog” shifts to maintain continuous coverage
Candidates will be assigned to a shift to ensure balanced coverage

Key Responsibilities

Build and install Hot Aisle Containment systems

Assist with material handling
Support possible rack movement activities
Follow onsite instructions and safety procedures
Work efficiently as part of a team under tight deadlines
Required Qualifications

Ability to use hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, cable cutters, etc.)
Ability to read and use a tape measure
Strong ability to take direction and work well in a team environment
Quick learner who can keep up in a high‑tempo work environment
Excellent attendance is critical
Comfortable working long hours, including nights if assigned

Onsite Requirements (Day One Ready)

Reliable transportation

Steel‑toe boots (laced up)
Work pants (no shorts)
Compensation

$20–$22 per hour
