Job Title: Multi-Trade Remodeler (Full-Time – Employee Position Only)

We are a longstanding, family-owned remodeling company based in Washington, DC, dedicated to transforming homes with quality craftsmanship and personal attention. As a small team, we pride ourselves on treating every project like it’s our own home and every team member like family. We’re looking for a reliable, skilled all-around remodeler to join us as a full-time employee and help deliver outstanding results on residential remodeling projects throughout the DC area.
Important Note: This is an employee position only. We are not accepting applications from subcontractors, independent contractors, or anyone seeking 1099 work. We are building our core in-house crew.
Position Overview
This is a hands-on role for an experienced craftsman who can jump between multiple trades to complete full home remodels—from kitchens and bathrooms to whole-house renovations. You’ll work directly with our small crew on varied projects, solving problems on the spot and delivering high-quality work that our clients rave about.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform skilled work in at least two construction trades (examples: carpentry/framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, tiling, painting, flooring, or masonry)
• Execute full remodel tasks including demolition, installation, finishing, and repairs
• Read blueprints, follow project plans, and maintain job-site cleanliness and safety
• Collaborate daily with our small team and occasionally with subcontractors
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and keep projects on schedule

Requirements

• Minimum of two skilled trades with verifiable experience (we value quality over quantity of trades)
• Own comprehensive set of hand and power tools required for your trades
• Reliable personal vehicle (car or truck)
• Strong physical fitness and ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in all weather conditions, and stand for extended periods
• Proven ability to work well with others in a small-team environment
• High moral character: honest, trustworthy, punctual, and responsible
• Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in craftsmanship
• Must be seeking full-time employment (no subcontractors or independent contractors)
