Think you know how to build a deck???

Don't know how but want to learn to build decks?

We are a well established deck and porch company installing in the greater Charlotte area looking for new talent. We are in the process of expanding and need quality carpenters. We are searching for both, 1099 contractors and W2 employees.

1099 Must have transportation, all tools necessary, and workers comp/general liability insurances

W2 employees must have reliable transportation. Crew leads may have take home vehicle with clean driving record.

You must have the skillsets or willingness to learn the skillset necessary to build decks and/or porches from the ground up.
This includes footings, floor framing, decking, rails, stairs, roof/rafter framing, ceiling trim, and boxing. Roofing will not be expected from the carpenters.

Knowledge and experience with composite decking and rail material is advantageous.

We are looking for true professionals that take pride in themselves and their work. showing up on time is an absolute must. Most work will be renovations or new additions to our customers homes so a great attitude and ability to be a team player will be required.

Base pay is $20.00 an hour
carpenters with the ability to lead a team can make up to or maybe over $50.00 an hour
