Carpenter/Deck Coating

Description

If you're a roofer making $17 an hour, read this.

You already know how to work. You show up before the sun, you carry the load, you don't quit when it's 100 degrees. That's not the problem. The problem is you're doing it 30 feet up for wages that don't match what you put in.
We build decks. Same skills, same hustle, mostly on the ground.
The pay: $25/hour. Full time, steady work. That's $55,000 to $60,000 a year for a man who shows up.
The truth about the job:

  • 5 a.m. starts. Some days you won't be home until 6.
  • Hot sun. Long days. A lot of the work repeats.
  • Some jobs will still put you off the ground, but not like roofing does.
We're not going to sell you a soft job. We're telling you what it is so the right guy raises his hand.
What we need:
  • 3+ years in roofing or construction
  • Reliable vehicle and a valid license
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Grit. When it gets hard at 2 p.m., you keep going.
What you get back:
  • Treated like a man, not a mule. No yelling, no games, no getting stiffed on hours.
  • Real training. Framing, finish work, layout, tools. We build guys up. Where you are in three years is up to you.
  • An honest company. We do right by our customers and we do right by our crew.
No degree required. We care what you can do, not what's on paper.
To apply: Call or text (951) 591-6325. Tell us where you've worked and how long. If you're the right guy, we'll know in five minutes.
