EXPERIENCED DECK CARPENTER WANTED – COMPETITIVE A.F. PAY

We’re looking to add an experienced deck carpenter to our crew.

We specialize in mid- to high-end composite decks and outdoor living spaces throughout the greater Snohomish County / Seattle area. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, knows how to build, and wants to be part of a solid crew.

PAY: STARTING AT $25/HR+ — BASED ON EXPERIENCE & SKILL LEVEL

Pay starts at $25 per hour and goes up based on your experience, skill level, reliability, and what you can bring to the crew.

If you’re a highly experienced deck carpenter who can produce quality work without needing your hand held, we’re willing to pay competitive A.F.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Deck, framing, and carpentry experience
• Experience building composite decks preferred
• Must have a reliable truck and tools
• Self-motivated — we don't want to babysit you
• Hard worker who shows up and gets after it
• Good attention to detail and finish work
• Able to work well as part of a crew
• Takes pride in building a quality finished product
• Reliable and ready to work

We build everything from straightforward composite decks to high-end outdoor living projects, including custom stairs, picture-frame decking, fascia, cable railing, waterproof decks, and detailed finish work.
