Deck Building Crew — Subcontractor (Composite Decks)

Crew of 2 or more (no solo workers)

Own tools and truck
2+ years composite (Trex) deck experience
Comfortable with $1,300–$3,550 per deck build labor (more information below)

We build residential decks year-round in Maryland and need experienced crews now. We handle sales, permits, plans, and materials — you show up to a ready job and build. Simple, standardized work: 3 deck sizes, same process every time.
Pay per deck (we supply everything, you just build):

~100 sq ft deck: $1,300 platform — total $1,600–$2,100 with stairs
~175 sq ft deck: $2,100 platform — total $2,400–$2,900 with stairs
~250 sq ft deck: $2,750 platform — total $3,050–$3,550 with stairs

Stairs are priced separately by height — exact stair pay is confirmed on your Work Order before you start. Busy crews are clearing $2,000–$3,500+ a job — the more reliable you are, the more we send. There's also extra pay to remove an existing deck.
