SUBCONTRACTOR CREWS WANTED (1099) – NORTHERN MARYLAND
West Shire Decks is looking for experienced subcontractor crews to partner with us on residential deck projects throughout Northern Maryland.
We are a growing deck contractor specializing in high-quality composite decks and outdoor living spaces. We have a steady pipeline of work and are looking for reliable subcontractor crews that take pride in quality craftsmanship.
Projects Include:
- New deck construction
- Deck replacements and additions
- Composite decking installation
- Railings and stairs
- Outdoor living projects
- Proven experience in deck building and general carpentry
- Ability to read and follow project plans
- Knowledge of proper framing, ledger attachment, post footings, and decking installation
- Familiarity with TimberTech, Trex, or similar composite products
- Must provide your own tools and transportation
- Liability insurance required
- Strong work ethic and professional communication
- Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently
- Competitive per-project pricing based on experience
- Prompt payment upon project completion
- 1099 independent contractor relationship
