Deck/Fence Washing & Stripping Subcontractors Wanted

I’m looking to subcontract my deck and fence washing and stripping to either an individual or small crew. I have 100 decks and fences on our schedule right now and need someone/a small team to wash and strip them.

Most of the fence projects are new and will only need to be washed.
Half of the decks will need to be stripped of their existing stain so that they're ready for a new coat of stain.
The rest of the decks just need cleaning so they're ready for stain.

1. What is your experience cleaning and stripping decks?
2. What is your experience with different brands/types of cleaners and stain removers?
3. Are you a registered business?
4. Do you have insurance?
5. Do you own your own equipment?

I have a lot of work for the right person or crew but you need to be customer service driven and able to deliver quality and clean work.

You must also have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
